Design files are subject to strict digital resale restrictions and may not be shared, traded, gifted, or uploaded to groups or forums. The only exception to these rules is when sharing with a verified business partner who is directly involved in production under a commercial license.

You can create up to 100 physical products using a single design. Once you reach 100 units, you will need to either repurchase the design or obtain a commercial license for $65. This license covers all past, current, and future designs without any usage limits. Additionally, please be aware of the digital resale restrictions associated with design file sharing. Licensing links are provided at the bottom of this listing.

My designs may be used on physical items only, including (but not limited to) apparel, transfers, print-on-demand products, decals, keychains, and similar merchandise. Please note that a commercial license is required, and there are digital resale restrictions in place. Additionally, design file sharing is not permitted.

All product photos must include a visible watermark, such as your business name or a “do not copy” notice. This is essential to protect our interests against unauthorized use and to comply with commercial license agreements. Listings without a watermark are not permitted, as they could lead to issues with design file sharing and digital resale restrictions.

My designs are not permitted for sale, sharing, or distribution in any digital format. While you may use them digitally for your own business purposes under a commercial license, reselling digital files is strictly prohibited, including alpha sets. Any digital product containing my artwork that violates these digital resale restrictions may result in legal action.

You may not alter, trace, or recreate my designs to bypass these terms, including any digital resale restrictions that apply. Inspiration is welcome; direct replication is not. Please respect the work and originality behind each design, and remember to adhere to the commercial license associated with these designs.
